Hi,
I don't like getting down on people, especially if it's NSC, but I have
a serious problem with their German representatives (NEVER abbreviate
"representative" in Germany 8-{)
I would like to build a '332 based machine: starting simple, then
getting more difficult.
But I fail at the first attempt.
I am a SW engeneer with some HW background but not enough.
I can build systems from schematics filling in some blanks but ...
In their 1989 "Microprocessor Databook / Series 32000 / NSC800 Family"
in the section on the NS32332 they give two "Interfacing suggestions"
(one with a 32082 MMU and '081 FPUm one with a 32382 MMU and a '381 FPU)
In order to generate the /RD, /WR, /TSO, /DBE and RDY signals they use
"BUS CONTROL LOGIC" (just a box).
I called NSC Germany before Christmas last year and haven't had an
answer yet.
Can somebody give me the schematics for this?
Or, if someone from NSC USA reads this, please please support me in
getting the schematics from NSC Fuerstenfeldbruck.
I was told that they were included in the DB32000 board for the '332.
