[comp.sys.nsc.32k] Soldering the PC532

cruff@ncar.ucar.edu (Craig Ruff) (06/15/90)

I have a question about soldering the pc532 kit. I will be hand soldering
the board. I assume that a standard 60/40 rosin core solder is good enough.
Questions:
Will rosin residue cause problems at the clock frequencies used?

Should the rosin residue be removed from the board after
	soldering is complete?

If yes, what is a reasonable way to do this with no special
	equipment?
