We need SOURCE code for the SIO drivers, to fix bugs. We have two ICM-3216 systems we use for 32000's in embedded applications. Each machine has 2 SIO 8-line expander boards. We have experienced a number of bugs in the run-time-loadable drivers, and seek to correct them. The ICM-3216 SYS_V distribution is well put together, and supplies source for all the hardware drivers EXCEPT the SIO bd drivers. On top of this, there is almost no doco on how the SIO bd's are configured. Has anybody out there got/seen/know of the SIO driver sources, and how they work?. ie the loadable runnable is very small, so I suspect that large parts of code may be ROM'ed. Does anybody know anything ?
