[comp.sys.nsc.32k] tty patches

Taking a quick look at the changes introduced in Karl Swartz's
patch, it appears that hardware flow-control is turned on for the
tty ports.  Does this mean the kernel won't boot unless I wire up
the CTS/RTS and DTR/DSR pins on the console?

Just the CTS/RTS are important at this time. DTR/DCD will be enabled at
some point in the future.
