[comp.sys.nsc.32k] problems at power up

Hello Everyone,

I seem to remember having similar experience. This was in the first hours of
the board's life, before the chips where fully seated. One I convinced myself
that a 3mm space was too much between the chip and the board and gathered the
courrage to run a steam roller over it the simptoms disappered.
