I recently got a copy of G ("The hi-res language") and I was impressed by the sample program and the graphics power. Has anyone done any hacking to allow you to save G programs and/or load up screens in XBasic programs? I'm sick and tired of having to CALL CHAR an entire screen of graphics. Also of interest to Legends version 1.1 users: After advancing all of my characters to 15th level, I went down to go win the game, and as I stepped up to the Western Portal, the program aborted with a syntax error in line 1200. I called up Asgard Software, and they gave me the fix: Old-- 1200 OK=K:: Rest of line New-- 1200 OK=F:: Rest of line This worked fine and I was able to win. They also said that Donn Granros has written a few utilities for the game, and send the appropriate stuff, he may be willing to copy them for you. E-mail if you're interested. I noticed three bugs in version 1.0: You can't get to a room in one of the dungeons, and I wasn't able to win at all. In fact, I had to kill Ashtar Creel about eight times before escaping from the dungeon! Finally, cleric spell 8 takes no magic points, and this has been intentionally kept in 1.1. Thanks in advance for any help with G. ---Andrew Kirmse
