Since I live in the allergy capital of Texas (Austin is blessed with
some excess of pollen, molds, etc. year-round), I am considering the
purchase of an electronic precipitator for my home. I would prefer
one that can be mounted on the central air circulation system and
have looked at the specifications on the Heath GD-2196. Does anyone
have experience with this or other similar systems? Both positive and
negative comments would be appreciated. Please respond by mail and
