If anyone is interested, I was able to order the V9938 manual directly from Yamaha for $25.00 (Which is cheaper than the $29.95 Asgaard charges) plus 7.25% tax ($26.81 total). I mailed my order for my manual on Monday March 4 and received it yesterday (March 25).
