My TI 99/4A hardware is currently unavailable. I need to read engineering/investment files (program and ascii data) over to DOS-4.01 machines from TI 90K floppies. Is there a Norton, PCTools, or Mace program which can address the TI 40-track disks and read, not necessarily formatted or blocked, the data into a dos machine from a dos floppy drive. An editor may be used to provide cr/lf and/or other formatting after reading. Mabe there is a product out there just for this purpose. Can anyone get me started off in a smart direction?

I know he wrote also a DOS formatter/reader for the TI, but of course needs a TI... For sure the DOS utilities he wrote were working great. Don't think is what you are looking for...
