Greetings All.
I have a little better info on the problem with a telebit T1000
and a TI 1505. Hope this helps to clarify the problems we are having.
I've been told that the machine has two 8 channel adapters on the
CCB. We started at tty0f but are now getting satifactory results
from tty0e. So I suppose that I have to ammend I original statement that
they could not get it to work at all to "Having problems with tty0f".

We are using the gettydefs that go with the terminals, as opposed
to the remote login gettydefs, as shown in the inittab.
When at tty0F with the correct gettydefs could only connect maybe
one out of fifteen times. However if went from multi-user to single user
back to multi-user then we could connect every time the first time only.
The only reason we are currently using the local gettydefs is we
had problems on F, so we tried moving to E, using local terminal gettydefs
and with this E setup things actually seem to be working ok. Due to
custom software requirements (not ours), we cannot leave the modem on port
E. Using the local gettydefs on port F does not seem to help port F.

Please find attached the /etc/ccbdev /etc/inittab and the
/etc/gettydefs, although I do not think that the gettydefs were modified
much.
