[comp.sys.atari.8bit] Omnicom Kermit Upload Problem Fixed

	When using OmniCom with a P:R Connection and an Avatex modem, you
must use the PRC.SYS program to load the R: handler, instead of the
RS232.SYS handler.  This file will emulate certain SIO operations that
the P:R Connection does not support directly.
	I have switched to using the PRC.SYS file and have had no problem
uploading files through Kermit.
