[net.wanted] vi or emacs for VMS

Well, there are several ways I know of to get Emacs running on VMS.  One
way is to run one of the standard Unix Emacs implementations under
Eunice.  To do this you must purchase Eunice and the Emacs
implementation.  On the other hand, the MIT Laboratory for Computer
Science has implemented Emacs in NIL, a dialect of Maclisp developed
here a few years ago.  Since the Emacs is written in Lisp, it is very
easily extensible.  But the nice thing is that both of these are FREE!
