[net.wanted] Looking for EAPALs

I'd like to know if an electrically-alterable PAL (or an analogous device) 
exists.  A recent issue of EDN mentioned that Zytrex Corp. is thinking
about attempting one.  Does anyone know anything more about the Zytrex
effort?  Are any other vendors in this business?  Are specs available?
