Help! I have talked with JRD@STONY-BROOK.SCRC.SYMBOLICS.COM (the author) extensively, and this is my last hope. For some reason, I cannot get a working copy of Kermit65 from the VAX I'm working on, to my Atari. Here's what I do: DL Kermit65 (ver. 3.3) w/ ver. 3.1, using Atascii trans- lation; run the BASIC UUE decoder program -- decoded output is 24622 bytes and encoded data (direct from VAX) is 33939 bytes; I then try to load the new versin of Kermit65. I hear the 850 handler initializing and then....nothing... total lockup...well, not total...I can get out via Reset. I am using a 320K XE and SpartaDOS 3.2d. Any and all help is appreciated (including a long- distance number from which I might directly DL the object code for the newest version). Thanks, Mike
