[comp.sys.atari.8bit] Reading MDSDOS floppies on 1050 drive

Does anyone out there know if it is possible (or have an algorithm)
to read IBM PC MSDOS diskettes on an Atari 1050 floppy disk drive.
I'm looking for a way to transfer files which come over the NET to
my modemless Atari 800xl at home.

I'm hoping that with sufficient knowledge of the directory structure,
one could use a few BASIC GETs to retrieve the data.  I'm wondering
about the formatting though and what that really means.  Anybody
done this sort of thing?

   I believe the latest version of the Happy upgrade can do it.

The new happy upgrade can indeed read msdos format disks...
