Go to 40 columns if you must, but please don't include ATASCII control characters. ZMAG is relayed through a good number of systems that only support ASCII. Also, such an action would completely preclude printing them out. Personally, I prefer the 80 column format because I can either view it online with an 80-column terminal program (usually Kermit65) or print it out.
