[comp.sys.atari.8bit] help?

I assume that you are in the market for an Atari 8 bit? If so, why, and
how much can you spend. If you have enough money for a new computer, I would
suggest a Mac. And if you can't afford that, I'd go Atari ST or Amiga, whichev
er is cheaper for you.

Buy a Mac over an ST or Amiga??? That's ridiculous. Besides, for several
hundred dollars, you can emulate a Macintosh on an ST Rather well!! Plus
the ST is less expensive than the Mac. The ST is a much nicer machine
than the Mac. It has all the standard ports you'll ever need, 1, 2, or 4
megs of RAM built in, a 192K OS, great color and sound, MIDI built in,
and much more..
