[comp.sys.atari.8bit] Atari <--> PC disk conversion...

In a recent article I read something about problems with a program, written
to read and write Atari disks on a PC. Since I once considered writing a
program like that myself (but gave up when I discovered that it was pretty
hard to make the floppy controller write an extra long sector the 1050
needs for timing purposes, since it doesn't use the index hole...),  I was
very interested.

The article said that the program concerned had been on comp.sys.atari.8bit.
Would the author please be so kind to send the source to me or to get in
touch with me to exchange ideas?
