In an earlier posting, I asked whether anyone knew if Antic was still around. Several kind persons told me that it most definitely was. Now that I know that Antic is still around, here's my real question. Did Antic ever publish a program called "Invasion?" It was a Star-Raiders type game in which the player moved a cursor using a joystick to blast alien ships coming out in 3-D. The interesting part of the program was the 3-D starfield that used a DLI on 192 lines with 8 different levels of star movement. I know all this, because I wrote the program. I submitted it to Antic over a year ago (last August), and it was accepted for publication. They said it would be published within one year, and I would get payment upon publication. Further, they said that IF they did NOT publish it within a year, I would get a kill fee of $60. As I mentioned, it's been over a year and I've heard nothing from them. I need to know whether I should just sit tight and wait for them to contact me, or if I should contact them, and, of course, if the program has yet been published. Oh, and yes, I did sign a contract; the contract, however, made no mention of the kill fee (that was in the cover letter they included). Thanks in advance. I've been waiting for over a year and my nerves are getting frazzled! k
