FOR SALE:
ATR-8000 expansion box for Atari 800 series.
$250 O.B.O
This unit is in perfect working order. I am selling it because I no longer
dabble in Atari.
For those who don't know:
The ATR8000 enables the Atari 8 bit to use off-the-shelf (IBM) disk drives,
(supports 5.25" 40 Track and 80 track drives, DSDD,SSDD,SSSD,DSSD
8" 77 track " " " " " " " " )
has an RS232 interface (emulates an 850)
and a Centronic parallel printer port.
The unit also comes with a program that allows the Atari to function as
a terminal, and uses the ATR8000 CPU to run CP/M-80. I have any program
that you will need for this.
The ATR is well-supported by MYDOS and SpartaDos.
