[comp.sys.atari.8bit] text editor help needed.....

pm16579@uxa.cso.uiuc.edu (08/23/90)

I have two questions regarding some shareware editors:

  1) Does anyone have the docs for the SPEEDSCRIPT 3.0 editor? I think it was
published in COMPUTE! many years ago; it's a great little word
processor, but I haven't been able to figure out the less obvious
     features.

  2) I have recently switched to SPARTADos X, and I can't seem to run
the TEDIT text editor. I tried loading both with and without the
X command. Can anyone give me a hand?

                                                  Thanks in advance,

Sure thing. Make sure that the keyboard buffer is off. I forget to do this
all the time, and T:EDIT invariably locks up on the title screen.

I made sure that the keyboard buffer was disabled; however, I never
got to the title screen. Any ideas?
