DAvid Shaeffer asks about fragmentation detectors and defragmentors for the ATari 8-bit hard drives. Answer: Yes, there is a detector but no defragmentor as of yet. I am working on one, but it will be a few months still before I finish it. Also, it works for SpartaDOS only. You shouldn't be using DOS XE, and MyDOS simply isn't as good. There is a program to check the fragmentation on hard drives on the ICD bbs. It called CHKFRAG.ARC
