Minor technical question here: How does the computer know when a cartridge is or is not going to supply the data for a memory access... To explain better what I mean, I will give the context of my question: The SpartaDOS X cartridge (I assume, I don't have the cart yet) can make itself virtually invisible to the computer so that RAM underneath can be accessed. How exactly does the computer know to use internal RAM rather than the cartridge ROM? Ooops, in thinking about how to write this question, I think I answered my own question... Well, someone can confirm it for me :). There is a line on the cartridge port that is held high (or low) when the cartridge wants the data bus, right? Steven Ourada
