A short time ago, someone wrote asking about the
availability of a VT100 terminal emulator that
works with the XEP80 80 column unit. He was told
that VT100/XEP80 had not yet been done. Well,
I am happy to report that it has indeed been done
and done well at that! The product is called
VT-850 and was written by Curtis Laser. It is
available from GEnie and CompuServe. The latest
revision is B1. To get the full benefit of the
program, documentation is necessary which is
available from the author for a minimum shareware
donation of $10. I recommend sending more because
the program is worth it (I am using it now).
