[comp.sys.m68k] 68000 Forth source?

jimh@hpsadla.HP (Jim Horn) (01/06/87)

---------

Does anyone out there have a machine readable copy of the source for one of
the public domain Forth implementations? I'd like to try playing with one
of them here, and don't really wish to type the Mountain View Press FIG
model into an assembly file again (I did it once - 75 pages gets old...).

E-mail would be great, but I'll be happy to arrange for disks in MS/DOS,
Amiga, or whatever format you have handy.

Many thanks!

I'm looking for a 68000 code optimizer. It would be best if it
took 68000 assembly text, performed optimization, and then output
an optimized 68000 assembly text. I'm planning to use this on
the output of a Pascal compiler. Has anyone heard of such a
program? Public domain with sources would be fantastic, but I would
seriously consider purchasing a good optimizer.
