Exception stack frames start of with 4 words in common:

    The SR, PC, and Vector Offset word.
    The upper 4 bits of the Vector Offset word describe the type
    as follows:

    0000	Short Format
    0001	Throwaway
    0010	Instruction Exception
    0011 - 0111 Undefined, Reserved
    1000	MC68010 Bus Fault
    1001	Coprocessor mid-instruction
    1010	MC68020 Short bus fault
    1011	MC68020 Long Bus faul
    1100-1111	Undefined, Reserved
