	Anybody knows if there's a good 68020 macro cross-assembler
	available in the IBM pc world ?

Try the backs of magazines like Byte.  I found these in the Jan. 88 issue:

I don't know much about any of the prodects except what I've posted here.
I've used a RELMS cross-asm for 8080 before and it was o.k.
