[comp.sys.m68k] 68k slave board for IBM PC/AT

Does anybody out there know of a slave board for the IB PC/AT which has:

68000/68010/68020 CPU
Z-SCC serial i/o ( or similar )
DMA controller

for use in synchronous communications ?

The following is from EDN News, 4/20/89, in an article describing the Z-SCC's
successor, which is the USC.

"... Development boards using either the Z280 or 68000 uP allow you to use a
terminal or an IBM PC-compatible computer to exercise the USC.  The boards
come with demonstration software containing applications examples. ...
Samples of the USC are available now for $105 (100).  Development kits
start at $445.

No mention of DMA, though.
