In the latest issue of RC Modeler they had a circuit using the 68811. However there is no provision for programming the EEPROM. What I'm looking for is a cheap dev system for testing and programming the chip. I figgure i'd ask here before running around. Also I don't have access to any 68xxx systems only the 80xxx stuff. thanks bobm

I assume that you're talking about the Motorola 68HC11... Motorola makes an evaluation board for this part. I think the price is $500. You can also get cross-assemblers from their bulletin board at 512-891-3733. Jan Hofland Hewlett Packard
