	Many thanks to Ron Heiby for jumping into the support problem with
both feet.  He is also an originator of the excellent nap utility which
gives access to a 60Hz tick for real time applications.  Maybe the best
support decision would be to give this guy some megadollars to hang out
on the net.

	This is also an apology for whining so loudly in a public forum.
Especially after Andy Glew straightend out some of my warped attitudes
on what I should expect from customer support.

	In the spirit of cooperating to keep our boxes up and performing,
do we need a self help newsgroup?  If so, is this the one to use?
