I'm in the process of building a simple 68k-based single board computer. I was originally going to use a couple of 68230's for the I/O lines on the thing, untill I discovered that none of the supply houses I use seem to sell the things. I happen to have a bunch of Intel (shudder) 8255 chips laying around from a senior design project a few years back. How do I go about hooking these critters up to the bus of the 68k? Has anyone done this? Are there any terible pitfalls I should look out for? If there is any interest, I'll post my results. Dave Williams dawill@hubcap.clemson.edu "Huh? What? Could you repeat the question?"
