[comp.sys.m68k] MIT syntax documentation wanted

Can someone point me to a definitive document describing the MIT
syntax for the M68K? I'm writing a monitor for a 68030 and want to 
include a disassembler that outputs MIT syntax instead of Motorola.
What I've got now is the SUN3 'as' manual but I'm not sure if it's 
exactly MIT or not.
