The numbers were

B>    8040000

That is Tandys Part number for the device

B>    GN78236

That is the manufacturers date/line code.  Probably built in '82, week 36.

B>   SC88019G

This is a Motorola "custom" part number, but that classification is misleading.
That is the 68000 6 MHz in a ceramic package (I think).  At that time, Tandy
liked to custom-brand as many of their parts as possible.  I have a
8 MHZ 68000 CPU here with the code:  SC88019P8, where P is for plastic and
8 is 8 MHz.  After a while Tandy stopped getting parts with only their
numbers on them, unless they truly were custom (ASICs).

You will find this tradition used on older Tandy RAM chips as well.

There is nothing special about this 68000, apart from the fact that someone
ordered enough of them to get custom numbers stamped on them.
