I don't have the address/phone number handy but it started in issue 1 or 2 and continued for quite awhile. ( as a matter of fact I don't even know if they ever finished it ). You can get the first 6 issues in a bound set from the company for, I think, around 20 bucks. send me mail if you need the address.. bob maccione
