I was wondering whether there was an assembler available for Sun 3's running
SunOS 4.1.1 that understood instructions of the form:
move.l, lsl.l, etc..
and generated object code for it.
I was playing around with as and cc -S, and I noticed that the code that
was generated wasn't what I had read in a book on the 680x0. I would guess
that it has something to do with Unix, but I was wondering whether there
was an assembler out there for Unix that understood opcodes of this format.
Any ideas?
