Hi Folks, I have just recently been given an old (1983) DUAL Unix computer to care for. It will be set up as a local news mail system. My question pertains to the EMEM 1 meg memory boards that came with it. While trying to get it to run I took it down to bare bones (I.e. 512k, 4port serial board, CPU :-), Clock, and Floppy Controller) This allowed me to get it to boot etc. I am now in the process of adding boards a few at a time to see which work and which are hosed. I have 1meg installed in 256K increments which is the original stuff from DUAL. There are also EMEM boards but I don't have the manuals. They have one 8 bit configuration switch on the board. Does anyone know what the sequencing should be to put these in or have any info on where to snag the docs ??
