Anyone have the pinouts for the 74LS259N?  Also, what exactly is this chip? 
It looks to be a 1-of-8 MUX, but I'm not sure....

This device is an 8 bit addressable latch the pinout is as follows:

pin             name

1               A0
2               A1
3               A2
4               Q0
5               Q1
6               Q2
7               Q3
8               GND
9               Q4
10              Q5
11              Q6
12              Q7
13              D
14              /E
15              /C
16              Vcc

The / denotes a low true signal.
