Does anyone know of any mail order IC places selling 256kx4 bit DRAMs in 20 pin DIP form (eg. the TI chip) for under $30? Jameco sells it for $29.95 but their prices are nowhere near the best. Thanks in advance for any help. Curtis cit-vax.caltech.edu juliet.caltech.edu
