Hi, I have the rather unusual hobby of collecting very early semiconductor devices. I have a private museum which contains quite a lot of early types, but there are still many types which are missing. If anyone out there has some early transistors which they think might interest me, and which they can bear to part with, please get in touch with me. Point-contact transistors are the most desirable, but many early junction types are also wanted. I have a list of the types which I know I want, but I shall not waste space posting it here. If anyone would like to see my list, either because they have early types or else just out of curiosity, please email me and I will send a copy. If anyone else has the same hobby, I would like to hear from them!
