The Princeton University Department of Electrical Engineering is looking for a public-domain library of the circuit simulation program SPICE device model parameters. We would like several transistors (especially 3904, 3906), a couple of diodes, and, if possible, a couple of good op-amp subcircuits using devices defined in the library. I/We know of the existence of such a library for the PSpice package for the IBM PC, but this is copy-written and illegal to copy. We need the library for SPICE 2.0 or SPICE 3.0. We would greatly appreciate any information on where we might obtain such a library, or better, actually getting a library. Please E-Mail to the address below; as usual, responses will be summarized to the net. Thanks in advance for any help. ----------------------------------------------------- | Dave Treadwell | Bitnet: DTREADW@PUCC | UUCP: ...allegra!psuvax1!PUCC@BITNET!DTREADW
