I am going to be buying a new Mac II and I want to protect my investment with
a surge protector and Noise filters. Here's the questions:
1. Surge supressors will eventually die? T or F.
2. What rating should it have?
3. Do the lights on the covers really tell you if it is working?
4. EFI and RFI filters will last indefinitly? How long will they
last?
5. Are there specs on EFI and RFI that I should be concerned about?
6. If the monitor is plugged into the computer, is there any effect?
Price is a semi-minor concern. Thanks for any info. Per USENET guidelines,
