[net.wanted] Crypt program written in Fortran

   I have a friend who is not on the net and needs a crypt routine
written in Fortran.  He is running on a Vax running VMS.  I realize this
is not Unix related but thought someone might have a suggestion as to 
where to find something like this.  Thanks.
