[net.wanted] Do you know any good UNIX/C training courses?

Greetings and Salutations to you in net.land.

Our shop is taking the plunge and is going to be producing  new  products
under the UNIX operating system. (We currently put  out  CP/M  based  MIS
products for customers with automatic call distributors and some products
for the medical market.)

We, therefore, have a need to get some UNIX  (internals,  administration,
support, etc.) and C training.

I am posting this to get recommendations from you, the UNIX community  as
to what training courses are worthwhile. Please mail such information  to
me (not the net) and if there are interesting responses, I will summarize
them to the net.
