[net.wanted] map projection algorithms

We are looking for a package (complete or otherwise) to generate various
map projections (e.g. Mercator, Lambert, gnomonic), preferably from a
longitude/latitude database. We have the graphics package (<PLOT79>) to
do the actual plotting.

All suggestions are welcome.
