[sci.electronics] Corrected Lazy-H antenna design

I should check my source documentation before I rely on my memory of 
antennas next time. Shown below is a corrected drawing of the Lazy-H antenna:

Move your 300 ohm feedline along the matching stub until you get the 
best picture. Gain purportedly around 5.5 dB.
