I am looking for a simple circuit (or as simple as possible) using Radio Shack-type or similar parts that will generate a two or perhaps three letter group in Morse Code and key a low power tube transmitter (cathode keying so < 12V). I am setting up a station in the 160 KHz to 190 KHz band (no license required, 1 watt input, and a 50 foot maximum antenna) and want to put a beacon on the air somewhere around 185 KHz to 189 KHz.
