[sci.electronics] Composite Amber & EEPROM Question

First question:  Are there any low voltage write EEPROMS that are
equivalent to a 27128 EPROM (doesn't have to be pin compatible)?
If so, where is it, how cheap, and what's it called?

Second, Does anybody know of any cheap composite amber monitors lying
around someplace?
