I am looking for a source for the software package called NEEDS, which I
believe stands for Numerical Electromagnetic Evaluation and Design Software.
I understand that NEEDS contains the latest version of the MiniNEC code as
well as a version of the NEC which will run on a personal computer. I believe
a plotting package is also included in the software as well as other utilities
such as optimization programs for antenna systems.
The person who told me about this package also mentioned the Applied Compu-
tational Electromagnetics Society and the Naval Ocean Systems Center, but this
is all I currently know about NEEDS.
