Has anybody built a low-cost strain gage amplifier? I'm not too concerned with temperature compensation and will most likley be using a full bridge configuration. I'm attempting to build a force measurment system using an aluminium bending-beam load cell. The beam must have about .25 to .5 inch deflection for a full scale measurement and some measure of the torsional forces would be nice. I am building both the beam and the amplification circuits (two channels) so any help would be appreciated. -mike
