   -- History
   -- Other MOS family members (e.g., NMOS, PMOS, etc.)
   -- **Applications**
   -- Relationship with and interface with other transistors, .e.g, TTL

If you know of any journal/book/tech-report/etc. that I can
find moreabout the above topics, please send me the reference
information.
